Cancellation Policy and
refund Tahai Loft

Cancellation Policy:

1. Refunds: Refunds can be made only if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the date of stay.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will not be refunded and 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged.
3. Date Changes: Change of date of stay is permitted, subject to availability and payment of any price difference that may exist.

Transfer and Tours Payment Policies:

1. Cancellations and Refunds: Transfers and tours may be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled date to receive a full refund.
2. Payments: Transfers and tours can be cancelled at check-out or paid prior to stay.
3. Price Differences: In case of price differences between different platforms and the price paid, our value will apply, unless the reservation was made directly through another platform.

Liability for External Services:

1. Tahai Loft is not responsible for charges or fees related to external services.
