      Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

    3. Liability: Tahai Loft is not liable for loss, damage or injury sustained during tours or on the hotel premises, except in cases of proven negligence on the part of the establishment.
    4. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time.
